Oh, it has been such a long time since the last post! Days just seem to go through so fast I don't even have time for my poor forgotten blog! By the way, this weekend I have completed the B1 French exam so oh la lá, I hope it was fine! Anyway, I hope this next week can be a little calmer than those past so I can devote more hours to keep writing and improving The Flash Window. The next post is all about one of my favorite restaurants in Barcelona:
EL MUSSOL
Here in Barcelona is a pretty well known brand, as there are quite a few of them around the city. It is based on Catalan cuisine, bringing the best of traditional recipes (as they say: just as Catalan grandmas do them)! I go quite often as it is not expensive at all for how good it is. Shall we check the menu?
They have a very varied menu, including diverse starters (like some delicious macarroni, cannelloni and even some typical snails), salads -the tomato salad from Figueres is simply the best in the world-, vegetables, various meats and some fish too. Whenever I go there, I always go for the burger with mushrooms or the beef scallopinis, they are just delicious!
And for dessert... mh! (isn't it always the best part of going to a restaurant?). There are many, ranging from the most traditional ones -such as Catalan cremé brulée- to other typical but still delicious as fruits salads or the chocolate coulant. Whatever you go for, you'll surely won't regret it.
And after the desserts it's time to say goodbye. Only after a delicious meal at El Mussol. Simple everything about the restaurant is incredible: despite being a chain they still manage to keep up the quality, the waiters and waitresses are all very nice and the relation quality-price is perfect. And as there are many around the city, you'll surely find one near you!
